When orders will be shipped?

Standard shipments will be shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS Ground transport. We usually ship within 1-2 Business Days of payment received. This does not apply to LOT orders. Tracking number?

Tracking Numbers will be emailed shortly after product is scheduled for shipment. Expedited delivery service may be available for an additional cost, and should be coordinated through our customer service department.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

We only ship to confirmed address. The shipping address must either be confirmed in Paypal or it must be the billing address for the credit card you are using.

If an item arrives damaged due to weather/postal service mishandling, what should I do?

Please contact us regarding your delivery and have pictures ready for the damage.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

What is the condition for accepting a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. .

How long it would take you to refund my money?

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

I haven't received my refund, what should I do?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@transpereshop.com.

Replacement parts and exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or the item we sent is missing some parts, send us an email at contact@transpereshop.com
