Primary functions of this unit have been tested and are functioning as intended. Item succeeds to boot. Unit has passed all stability/on-board diagnostic tests. 
Batteries for laptops are included if the battery is successfully holding over 70% capacity or more. Otherwise, batteries are removed due to low voltage output. 

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipments will be shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS Ground transport. We usually ship within 1-2 Business Days of payment received. This does not apply to LOT orders. Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
